Commander Module “Operation”
Operation consists of an operational logbook, a communications module (reporting system with 4-fold report sheet), damage account, deployment site management, emergency personnel module, press module, control centre, documents, statistics, browser-optimised online access for smartphones and tablets including reports and statistics on your smartphone, emergency response, checklist for the head of operations.
Commander Module “Situation Map”
Situation Map module for editing and displaying the situation based on OpenStreetMaps, your own graphics, photos, plans, display data, location films, full text search functions for resources, texts and tactical characters. The module contains everything that is needed for situation map operation.
Commander Module “Patient Management”
Management module for first aid, emergency care, MCI (mass-casualty incident), acceptance and scheduling of emergencies, rapid patient registration, rescue dog deployment module, transport organisation, management module for evacuations including material management, hospital and bed module, extensive statistics, export functions, ergonomic barcode operation.
Commander Module “Operation Plan”
Planning module for crisis management and for crisis management teams for the generation of action plans and for the preparation of (damage) incidents. Measures can start immediately while the digital emergency plan is being processed via the communication module. The processing of the plan is documented in the operational logbook.
Commander Module Objects
Module for the administration of objects, emergency response units, disaster relief supporters, authorities and special emergency objects for the use and integration in the crisis management team (addresses, accessibility, plans, contact history, follow- ups) incl. connection to other modules, selective superimposition onto the situation map.
Mobile Commander apps for iOS/Android
Apps for (adjustable) tracking of personnel and/or resources as well as for transferring georeferenced images of the deployment site into the situation map. These apps can also be used to establish communication between the command and control centre/crisis management team and the commanders, to request supplies and reinforcements, or to submit situation reports with appropriate integration in the operational logbook, situation map, etc.
Commander Module “Video Control”
Smart video module for displaying CrisCom Solutions IP cameras with security functions (motion and object detection, counter function, speed measurement, selective recorder function), UAV/drone connection and thermal imaging technology.
Commander Module "Sentinel Duty"
Additionally, the Sentinel Duty module with RFID transponder and QR code enables you to plan and assign full-time personnel e.g. to emergency vehicles, functions and shifts. Thanks to a wide range of interfaces, import and export functions, CrisCom Commander can be operated as an integrated system together with command centre and administration programmes (e.g. data transfer from master computers, administration programs such as MP-Feuer (administration software for fire brigades from MP-Soft4you), German Red Cross Server, HiOrg Server (aid organisation server software) and ASB-EOS).
